Karna asked Krishna — My mother left me as soon as I was born. Was it my fault to be an illegitimate child?

Dronacharya did not teach me because I was not a Kshatriya son.Parshuram ji taught me right but cursed that at the time when I would need that education the most, I would forget it. — Because according to him I was a Kshatriya.

Just by chance, a cow was hit by me and her master cursed me even though I wasn’t my fault.

I was insulted in Draupadi’s Swayamvara.

Mata Kunti finally told me my birth secret, but only to save her other sons.

Whatever I have received has come from Duryodhana’s martyrdom.

So, if I fight on his behalf, where am I wrong?

Krishna replied:

Karna, I was born in a prison.

Even before birth, death was waiting for me.

The night I was born, the same night I was taken away from my parents.Your childhood was spent listening to their sound between the sword, chariot, horse, bow and arrow. I was given the cow shed, got cow dung and even before I could stand and walk,I had to face many fatal attacks.

No army, no education. I received taunts from the people that- I am the reason for their problems. When your guru was praising your bravery, I had not even received any education at that age. Finally, when I was sixteen years old, I reached the Gurukul of Sage Sandipan.

I did not get the girl I loved and had to marry those who I wanted me or whom I had saved from the demons.

My entire society had to be moved from the banks of the Yamuna and had to settle on the banks of a distant sea, to save them from Jarasandha. I was also called Bhiru because of my escape from the battle.

If Duryodhana wins the war tomorrow, you will get a lot of credit.

What will I get if Dharmaraja wins?

I will only be blamed for the problems created by war and war.

One thing to remember is Karna -

Life challenges everyone, life does not do justice to anyone. If Duryodhana has faced injustice, then Yudhishthira has also faced injustice.

But you know what is true dharma.

No matter how insulting, we may not get what we have right of… what is important is that, how do you face that crisis at that time.

So stop crying, Karna, life does not do justice, and it does not mean that you are allowed to walk the path of unrighteousness (adharma).
